We operate in groups through life, family, education work and leisure. This one-day workshop explores how we can be both more effective group leaders and more engaged group members. It will be of interest to anyone running (or planning to run) a wide range of groups in terms of maximizing outcomes, avoiding pitfalls, cost effectiveness, and personal growth.
